We can provide as much or as little as you wish and every booking we take is tailored to your specific needs. Please see below for our common services.
Most popular option. Guests at your event pay for their own drinks like you’d expect at any local pub.
We put all the drinks served on a tab and then you pay the final tab, which can be settled after the event. Or you use our rental service and design a bar service to your requirments.
Partial Tab Bar
You give us a set limit and we’ll serve drinks until that limit has been reached. The bar will then revert back to a pay bar, where the guests will pay for their drinks themselves. Similarly a tab can be set up for a reception drink, where by each guest could have a free drink.
These are just some of the most typical options available, however we aim to work with you to provide a service tailored to your needs.
Why not leave all your drink needs to us?
All drinks are served by our friendly uniformed staff
Pimms and Lemonade – served with orange, lemon, cucumber, strawberries and mint.
Champagne – either served alone or with orange juice as a bucks fizz.
Please contact us for more information or prices.
Waitered table service – drink orders can be placed from your guests table and either put on a tab that can be settled at the end of the evening or can be paid for throughout the event.
Wine service – very popular at weddings, either you purchase your wines yourself or through us and we’ll keep your guests table’s replenished with wine.
Toast drinks – our staff will pour a toast drink of your choice for each of your guests, this can either be done by pouring the toast drink at the tables or placing the toast drink down.
If you purchase your drinks through us glasses to serve them in will be provided free of charge.
Should you choose to purchase your own drinks then we can still provide glasses to serve them in, however a charge may apply. Please contact us for further details.
All our bars are fully licensed. We work in connection with the Local Authority and Police to obtain a Temporary Event Notice which covers all events for less than 499 persons and of less than a 96 hour duration. This covers us to sell alcohol but also covers you for any entertainment you may wish to provide for your guests, i.e disco, live performances etc. To enable us to do this we need at least 3 weeks notice prior to the event.
For larger events, over 500 people, it may be neccessary to apply for a Premises Licence, this requires more notice and also is a more costly approach.
